Profile: Cleaning Site Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible supervisor to oversee the workflow. Candidate at this position is not only going to be someone who oversees others’ jobs, but will be acting as a mentor and bridge between staff and client for error less operations and minimal complaints.
Major Responsibilities:
Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
Innovative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Scheduling and assigning specific duties/ roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning material so as to avoid or minimize waste and/ or misuse.
Prepare and submit performance reports
Hire and train new employees
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Skill Requirement:
Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
Excellent decision-making ability is a must-have
Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, viewing problems as opportunities for improvement, and maintaining a high-level of trust and respect
Ability to use computer effectively, Microsoft programs, maintenance management system, e-mail etc.

Profile: Cleaning Specialist
We are looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you are ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.
Major Responsibilities:
Sweeping, Vacuuming, and Mopping Floors.
Serving Restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces.
Dusting Performed at floor level.
Empties and cleans garbage bins.
Spot clean walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills.
Cleans and disinfects all touch-points/ fixtures using mild chemicals.
Dusts baseboards and low air vents.
Damp mops small area hard surface floors.
Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.
Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
Report occurrences and deficiencies to management.
Skill Requirement:
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
Excellent organizational skills a must
Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
Commercial cleaning experience will be an asset.
Profile: Sales Support Executive
We are in immediate need of a qualified sales support coordinator for our Head Office. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list.
We have a dedicated sales team professionals, so you will be responsible for providing support to them. Prior sales/ administrative or clerical experience will be enormously helpful in ensuring your success in this position.
Major Responsibilities:
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
Compiling daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team.
Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals.
Reading out tenders and making summary reports
Execution of tender related activities – planning, configuration, monitoring and analysis
Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data
Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
Skill Requirement:

Profile: Scissor & Genie Boom lift Operators
We are looking for a Specialized Cleaning Crew who can operate the machines and perform high dusting, pressure washing and other special jobs beyond floor level.
Major Responsibilities:
Operate mobile equipment indoor & outdoor
Perform typical operations requirements such as connecting/ disconnecting hoses, operating valves, operating equipment as needed
Ability to perform Cleaning, Sweeping, Trash removal, other duties assigned by supervisor
Comfortable working outdoors in all-weather conditions
Perform tasks utilizing all PPE
Following plant safety guidelines such as Elevated work, Confined space, Hot work etc.
Skill Requirement:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid License to operate mobile equipment (Fork lift, Scissor/Skyjack lift, Genie Boom lift etc.)
Able to use computer operated machinery
Experience in an industrial/ manufacturing environment and with shift work
Relevant experience in a plant environment performing similar duties is preferred
Computer literacy
Ability to learn and abide by the Health & Safety Standards
Ability to read and interpret document such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, manufacturer’s literature, diagrams or schematics
